Mike Packard

Business Development Manager

Mike has spent more than thirty six years working with software, starting back in 1982 when he developed business solutions for oil jobbers on MPM/CPM machines using Business Basic. At the time, he was 19 and didn’t know the difference between accounts payables and accounts receivables. Since then, he has worked in every capacity of the software industry, from technical support to architect, trainer to project manager. Mike began his sales career in 1992 while working for the sixth U.S.-based Navision Software partner and, except for a brief stint on “the dark side,” has worked with NAV ever since. She has extensive experience in the recipe/formula-driven process manufacturing market, as well as selling ERP software to mid-size processors, manufacturers, and distributors of food, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and chemicals that are subject to regulation by the FDA and USDA. Her responsibilities have included strategic sales planning, market expansion, channel management, and vendor relations.

Given his technical foundation, Mike became a certified developer for NAV to bolster his sales efforts. Today it’s likely you’ll work with Mike to get “hands on” with Dynamics NAV during the sales process.

Mike graduated with honors from Computer Career Institute in Portland, Oregon. He is an APIC Certified Production Inventory Manager – Inactive.
