Training to “KNOW”, not “show”.

Our goal is to provide a level of training that allows your organization to be as self-sufficient as you desire. Experience shows us that if you take “ownership” of your system, you will be able to more fully utilize its capabilities and minimize ongoing maintenance and support costs. Our training offerings are designed to assure that you know how your system works - not simply showing you how to complete tasks.

To serve the varied needs of clients, we have developed three types of curriculums:

  • Key User Training - this provides a high level understanding of the software, features,     functionality, administration, and maintenance. The object of the course is to make sure key users know how the system functions and how to manage it.
  • General Functional Training - this curriculum is designed to train the everyday users on how to use the system, perform daily and periodic processing, reporting, and OLAP functions. This curriculum uses a generic database.
  • Specific Functional Training - this is the same as the General Functional Training, but the course content is modified to fit any enhancements or customizations that may be deployed in your organization. This curriculum uses a copy of your live database and the content of the training is developed specifically for organization.

All of these courses can be provided at your site, our our training facility, or through Citrix GoToMeeting (on line interactive training).. Except for Key User training, all training utilizes hands-on use of the computer.  Full documentation specific to the course material is provided as part of the training.

Depending upon factors such as the size of your organization, number of people to be trained, etc., you may wish to have all users trained by us or to utilize a “train the trainer” approach. The latter is the most common and cost effective approach for organizations with more than a handful of people to train.

We also provide “refresher” or new employee training on an as-required basis.
