We use a structured approach to implementation, based on a combination of best practices methods, tempered with our experience in hundreds of implementations. This approach is then tailored to each client’s environment, taking into account your personnel resources, schedules, priorities, and level of knowledge transfer required.
To get you up and running quickly, we begin any project by making sure that the key implementation tasks are thoroughly understood by you and your team; taking shortcuts in the initial steps will often result in consequences that will cost you time, effort and money later on. We then utilize the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Rapid Implementation Methodology (RIM), which provides the tools to get up and running quickly, utilizing best practices. Once these tasks are properly accomplished, the implementation can go as quickly as your organization can complete the remaining steps.
We know everybody involved in an implementation has their everyday job to do, in addition to the learning required on your new Microsoft Dynamics NAV software. Accordingly, we may recommend that the implementation be accomplished in logical phases, with the experience and training building from phase to phase. Also, we respect your employees’ time and make sure that implementation tasks are scheduled around their availability and provide enough time during the day to attend to other critical business needs.
