		Our philosophy is to approach each client engagement with an open mind. At the same time, we strive to create a balance between best practices in project management with a flexible process that can be adapted to your specific needs. We strive to make sure that there are ongoing communications, a common terminology, and clear project reporting. This philosophy in incorporated in all aspects of our services - from project initiation through post-implementation support and service.

To support this philosophy, we have developed internal systems for project reporting and tracking and provide you with detailed billing information. Other systems also control changes you have requested to your system, as well as provide programming, versioning and change documentation that you should expect from a professional services organization. To enhance your technical support responsiveness, we have systems in place to log and track your support requests, as well as to monitor and analyze response time and identify potential areas for improvement. This system is fully integrated with our change request and project time tracking.
