Understanding your business is key to developing any solution design.
Our goal is to have every implementation be successful.
This means on time, on budget, and meeting your business requirements.
If a thorough business analysis and definition is not done as part of the sales or pre-implementation process, it is unlikely that any software will meet your business requirements without unexpected workarounds, add-ons, and productivity compromises - all of which end up costing you time, money, effectiveness, and efficiency. We believe a business analysis goes beyond a listing of desired features and functions. The business processes, logic, and workflows must be understood, as well as desired changes, business plans and strategy. Only then can a solution be developed to meet these needs - a solution that clearly lays out the costs, timing, resources, and results - information you need to make an informed business decision.
Once you have approved our design work and the related cost information, it becomes the basis for any implementation, training and development effort. All of this information is provided in the form of a change request. A design document, as well as a project plan and software requirements may be incorporated as part of the change request. All development work is done according to the change request specifications and any software versioning, release notes, installation requirements, application documentation and related professional service is linked to this change request within our internal systems.
This provides you with the assurance that the work will be done to specification and that a complete set of professional documentation has been created on your behalf. Our documentation has been reviewed by client’s outside auditors without any audit comment. Our system is completely automated, allowing us to produce a complete documentation package for audit purposes in a matter of minutes. If you would like to review the change order system and example documentation in more detail, please contact us.
