There is a lot of content - an informed user is a more effective user. Knowledgeable users are more productive and are able to more effectively manage and support their systems. The more information you have on a product or services allows you to make better business decisions.
Multiple ways to get to the information - how you get to it reflects your style - just like our philosophy of implementation. At the same time, the menus are entirely consistent here, providing a framework (“best practices”) upon which you can do your own research on the site.
Plain language/straight talk - there is probably content on this site that our business partners would rather not be here or otherwise phrased in more technical terms. Good for them, bad for you. Clear communication is a key component of our business style.
We’ve tried to avoid information that may create incorrect expectations - that’s why there isn’t a lot of marketing hype or sweeping statements about product capabilities. There is nothing worse in a sales, implementation, or support relationship than unmet expectations - we strive to develop mutual expectations and meet the implicit obligations that go with them.
Try to have some fun - we implement and support enterprise software for a living and know that this is inherently a stressful exercise for organizations. By injecting some elements of fun into the process, it relieves the tension and makes the process more enjoyable. We try to prove that you can be very serious about business, but still enjoy it.
It’s who we are - so if you hate the site, the content, our approach, but love the products, don’t give up. Instead, give us a call - we’ll be happy to suggest somebody else in the area who can provide the product. We recognize that good business relationships are built on good organizational and personal compatibility. Square peg/round hole relationships don’t last - and we’d rather have a long term relationship with all our clients.
Talk back - if there’s anything on this site that should be different, added, deleted, checked for spelling, let us know. We’ll respond and appreciate the input.
